Reservation Guidelines

To mark an appointment please:

• Log in/Register and complete the reservation form
• Send the completed online form
• Pay for the appointment

Confirmation

After finishing the reservation process, an e-mail will be send to the given e-mail address, with a confirmation and reservation details.

Cancellation

If the patient wishes to cancel the reservation by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or by phone (+48605454545) up to 24 hours before the appointment, we reimburse 100% of the amount paid.
If the cancellation is done later, we reimburse 50% of the amount paid.

Cancellation of an appointment

The OsteoMed Medical Centre has the right to cancel an appointment for significant reasons. In this case, the patient is reimbursed the total of the amount paid.
